GARDENA, Calif. - November 2009 - Shelby Signature Foods, founded by Carroll Shelby, chairman of Carroll Shelby International Inc. (CSBI.PK), will introduce its first product with IDEA Foods, Inc. The companies will offer a premium extra virgin olive oil to consumers in select retail stores under the "Shelby Signature Foods" brand in December 2009. A portion of sales will benefit charity.

We're working with other companies to brand additional Shelby foods to market in the near future."
IDEA Foods Inc., a division of Campbell Supply Company, Inc., is the sole distributor of Oliovita Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Argentina, in the United States. Headquartered in Doylestown, PA, it distributes the olive oil products through retail chains throughout the eastern half of the country. Shelby Signature Foods and IDEA will seek additional retail channels to sell the olive oil in North America.
